Centralized Audit Log Report for Multiple Products

Real Estate Manager has resolved an issue where users were previously unable to generate audit log reports across multiple assets and contracts. Prior to the 25.2 release, attempts to generate the Audit Log Spreadsheet report would fail when selecting multiple records, preventing users from retrieving a consolidated audit trail. With this fix, users can now successfully generate the audit log report across multiple assets and contracts without errors.

How to Access:

  1. Navigate to Lease Accounting Synchronization Wizard.

  2. Click on the Admin tab

  3. Select Audit Log

  4. Apply relevant filters and generate the report.

  5. The report will download in Excel format, capturing a detailed audit trail.

Enhanced Support for Payment Adjustments in MTM Renewals

Minor Enhancement- Bug fix

We’ve resolved an issue in Real Estate Manager where users were unable to adjust payment amounts for contracts with exercised Month-to-Month (MTM) renewals.

Users can now adjust payment amounts for any month within a Month-to-Month (MTM) renewal period, as long as the changes are made in a separate sync step after the renewal. These updates sync accurately with Lease Accounting Manager (LAM).

To maintain data integrity, the original guardrail remains in place during the initial MTM renewal sync, restricting changes beyond the first month. This continues to ensure accurate and consistent data is passed to LAM during renewal.

Other Improvements

Batch Description Validation in Payment Batch

Real Estate Manager now includes enhanced validation to ensure users provide a Batch Description when creating a payment batch. When users attempt to create a payment batch without entering a Batch Description, the system will now display a clear error message, helping users understand why the action cannot proceed.

Resolved Errors in Future Rent Reviews

Real Estate Manager has resolved an issue where users encountered errors or duplicate invoices when removing and re-adding future rent reviews.

Users can now confidently manage future rent reviews by:

  • Reverting the lease to remove existing future reviews.

  • Adding new reviews with updated dates.

The system will now:

  • Save the changes successfully without any error messages.

  • Prevent the creation of duplicate invoices as a result of the update.

This improvement ensures users can update future rent review schedules accurately and without disruption.

Multi-Cost Category Filter Persistence

Previously, only one cost category filter was retained when reloading a custom report in Real Estate Manager. This issue has been resolved. Now, when users create and save reports with multiple cost category selections for rental payments, all selected filters persist correctly after a page refresh or navigation. This fix ensures custom reports reflect the intended data filters, enhancing the accuracy and reliability of report generation.

Minor Improvement - Bug fix with Updating Commencement Data after Rejecting Deal

Real Estate Manager has resolved an issue where updating the commencement date after rejecting a deal in Lease Accounting Manager (LAM) did not reflect accurately during re-synchronization, causing inconsistencies in contract start dates and accounting records.
