Improvements
Contracts with Cross-Currency
Real Estate Manager now allows users to create contracts with different currencies for contracts and entities and synchronize with Lease Accounting Manager. When users create contracts with differing currencies compared to the entity, they will receive a warning message for confirmation.
Adding Termination Date Field in Custom Reports
Real Estate Manager added two new fields in custom reports: "Effective Contract Termination Date" and "Is Contract Terminated." These fields are available under the data sources "Contract" and "Contract Assets." The inclusion of "Is Contract Terminated" field enables users to easily identify contracts that have been terminated.
Changes in Tax Functionality
We have updated the functionality in Real Estate Manager related to tax amounts. Now, when a user edits the Tax Rate, the tax amount will be recalculated only upon clicking the calculator button in the Payment field.
