New Features
Custom Report Email Export
Real Estate Manager now supports the users to email Saved Custom Reports directly. Reports can be sent to existing Real Estate Manager users or to one external email address using the Add new option. The system checks for valid email addresses, prevents duplicates, and allows users to remove recipients before sending. This feature makes it easier to share reports without downloading or manual forwarding.
Adding Contract State Field to Custom Reports
A new field Is Expired is added to the Contract data source in custom reports. This field automatically identifies contracts that have passed their end date and are not terminated or archived.
The users can now perform the following operations:
Add the Is Expired field to any custom report to quickly see if a contract is expired (value shown as "Yes" or "No").
Filter reports using the new Is Expired top-level filter, allowing faster segmentation and export of expired contracts without the need for formulas or manual date checks.
Other Improvements
Minor Improvement- Brunei Added to Country Drop-down in Real Estate Manager Address Section
Brunei has been added to the country drop-down in the address section of Real Estate Manager to ensure consistency across the system. Previously, Brunei was available in Lease Accounting Manager and in Real Estate Manager’s tax jurisdiction drop-down, but missing from the address section. This update ensures Brunei appears in all relevant drop-downs and can be selected and saved without errors, supporting accurate data entry and successful syncs between Real Estate Manager and Lease Accounting Manager.
Minor Improvement- Bug Fix with Unexpected Error When Entering Archive Date Manually
Real Estate Manager now supports the users to manually enter an archive date without triggering an error.
Previously, pressing "Enter" after typing a date caused an unexpected error message. The system now handles this correctly so that pressing "Enter" will only save the date if the Save button is selected, otherwise it will be ignored safely.
Minor Improvement- Bug Fix with Lease Variation Sync Issue for Contracts Starting at the End of the Month
The Real Estate Manager now supports successful lease variations including changes to payment schedules and renewal terms for contracts starting on the middle, or last day of the month. Syncs with Lease Accounting Manager will reflect accurate updates in payment amounts, term dates, and renewal options. The rent normalization logic has been updated to correctly handle payment dates like the 31st, ensuring accurate updates to payment schedules, review dates, and renewal terms.
Minor Improvement- Bug Fix with Last Logon Information Showing Null After Password Change
Real Estate Manager has fixed an issue where the Last Logon field in IDAAC incorrectly shows "Never" for users who has accessed Real Estate Manager. The system now uses the password change date when login data is missing, ensuring the logon information is more accurate.
